Fused Glass & Jewelry
Rebecca Hellman has participated in many art mediums for over the past twenty years, including painting, pottery, stained glass, fused glass and jewelry. She received an AA Degree from Marymount College, attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and received a BS Degree from Arizona State University.
Rebecca has combined her past art experience and incorporated them into her designs, all of which work together to give a truly unique style. Her creations include, jewelry as well as functional fused glass that integrate beauty and purpose. She specializes in tabletop designs, wall art, furniture and freestanding sculptures.
Her jewelry combines pearls, precious and semi-precious gemstones. Always up for a challenge, she continually tests her abilities to create new and exciting designs.
Artist’s Statement:
I am drawn to glitter and bling like a moth is drawn to light. Glass and jewelry have unique reflective quality and form that give me inspiration and fuel my creativity. I hope you enjoy my work because I love creating it. I tend to roll with the flow of my designs during development, rather than adhere to a rigid plan. The end result may take up to a week to design and create.
Each work of art is a handcrafted one-of-a-kind original. My goal is to produce beautiful jewelry and glass art.
