    Stained Glass

Dan Wright’s artful creations in stained glass grace the walls and windows of dozens of homes in Western North Carolina and the Southeast. His work reflects an appreciation of the beautiful natural surroundings in the Great Smoky Mountains. Many of his pieces are blends of copper sculpture and stained glass, coming together as mediums to celebrate nature itself.

Wright’s stained glass embraces the Tiffany-style copper foil form of the art, and many of his works celebrate the mid-century Arts and Crafts movement & the works in stained glass that were designs of Frank Lloyd Wright.

Completely self-taught, Wright’s works are currently on display at Gallery 262, located in the historic Waynesville, NC. In previous years ,his stained glass was displayed at the Main Street Artist Co-Op in Waynesville, The Kress Emporium in Asheville, Space Gallery and Burr Studios in Waynesville.
